Overview

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • With all tags intact
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the return is approved.
